    Harvest period, third ten days of September.

    Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature at 26 °C for 20 days.

    Bottling from the month of October following the harvest. Bottle refinement for 2 months.



    Ruby red color tending towards garnet with aging.

     On the nose notes of black cherry, plum and currant. Good correspondence to the nose, good body, intense flavors, black cherry and currant.

    Alcohol content:13.5%
