    Grapes: 100% Sangiovese


    Vinification of the grapes in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Winemaking temperature controlled at 16°C for 20 days.

    Subsequent refinement for 2 months in the bottle.



    Pale, bright pink colour.

    On the nose delicate floral notes of rose, small red fruits and citrus fruits.





    Excellent as an aperitif, with fish and white meats.

    It pairs very well with more delicate dishes, better if served fresh.
