Continuous direct steam distillation method and redistillation of alcoholic phlegms with vacuum columns.

Aging for 18 months in oak barrels.


Aromatic profile:

Stimulating, persistent.

Intense, balanced taste with slightly fruity, honeyed and vanilla-like final sensations.

Alcohol content:43% Vol
