    Grapes: 95% Sangiovese, 2.5% Canaiolo and 2.5% Ciliegiolo.

     Harvest period, third ten days of September.
    Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature at 26 °C for 20 days.
    Bottling starting from the April following the harvest. Aging for 2 months in the bottle.

    Intense ruby red color with evident violet reflections.

    On the nose notes of black cherry, violet and iris. Excellent structure, slightly tannic.
    Alcohol content:12.5%




    Excellent with pasta and traditional second courses.

    Ideal as an aperitif are cured meats and cheeses
