Grapes:100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
 
Harvest period, third ten days of September.
Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24 °C for 20 days.
Aged for 18 months in oak barriques.
Bottling starting 21 months after the harvest. Aging for 3 months in the bottle.
 
Appereance:
Very intense red color.
Intense notes of ripe fruit on the nose.
Excellent structure with evident hints of currants and ripe cherries
Alcohol content:14%
