    Grapes: 95% Sangiovese, 2.5% Canaiolo and 2.5% Ciliegiolo.


    Harvest period, third ten days of September.

    Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature at 26 °C for 20 days.

    Bottling starting from the April following the harvest. Aged for 2 months in the bottle.



    Intense ruby red color with evident violet reflections.

    On the nose notes of black cherry, violet and iris. Good structure, slightly tannic

    Alcohol content:12.5%





    Excellent with traditional first courses, meats and roasts.

    Ideal with mature cheeses and cured meats.
