    Grapes: 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.

     

    Harvest period, third ten days of September.

    Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature at 24 °C for 20 days.

    Aging in French oak barriques for 10 months, of only Alicante Bouchet.
    Bottling in October following the harvest. Bottle refinement for 4 months


    Appereance:

    Intense ruby red color with violet reflections.

    On the nose notes of black cherry, plum and currant. Excellent correspondence to the nose, good body, intense flavors, persistent finish with flavors of ripe currants.

    Alcohol content: 14%
