Grapes: Ansonica    

Harvest period, third ten days of September. Vinification in amphora tanks at a controlled temperature at 16 °C for 20 days. 

Aging in terracotta amphora. Aged for 2 months in the bottle.   


Apparence:Orange-yellow colour.   


Alcohol content: 12.5%
