    Grapes: Ansonica 33%, Vermentino 33% and Trebbiano 34%.


    Harvest period, third ten days of September.

    Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature at 16 °C for 20 days.

    Bottling starting from the April following the harvest. Aged for 2 months in the bottle.



    Straw yellow colour.

    Fruity on the nose with hints of apple. Structured with good acidity.

    Alcohol content: 12.5%





    Excellent with fish and delicate meats.

    Ideal for aperitifs and Asian cuisine.
